As a Bilingual consultant, Sylvain Laroche has over 20 years of experience as a marketing and public opinion research consultant. Sylvain obtained a BBA degree in Management in 1986 and an M.Sc. degree in Marketing in 1989 from the University of Sherbrooke, where he also taught marketing research classes at the Bachelor’s level.
Sylvain started his market research career in 1989 in a national research firm known to provide high quality advice and research services. He worked for Les Études de marché Créatec + for 20 years, successively acting as director of operations, consultant and vice-president. Laroche Recherche was founded in 2009 with the same focus on quality research services.
In his career, Sylvain directed large scale research projects for numerous federal government departments and several private clients from the energy, information technology, pharmaceutical and consumption sectors. His specialties include communications testing, Web site testing, client satisfaction and public policy evaluation. He is very experienced with business-to-business (B2B) research.
Since founding Laroche Recherche, Sylvain has developed business relationships with selected partners that bring their specific expertise to projects. In all cases, Sylvain will liaise with clients and supervise all steps of the research projects.
